The University of Tsukuba Women's Middle & Long Distance Team training session

April 10, 2024 - We had an opportunity to join one of the Japanese universities distance running team's training session during our holiday trip to see our grandparents. 

Assistant professor Mr. Enomoto and his team at the University of Tsukuba, north east of Tokyo, warmly welcomed us, two 15 year-olds from New Zealand.  

They also showed us around the campus and the facilities after the training. 
We got some ideas of what "universities" look like.
