July 20, 2024 - We participated in Athletics Auckland Cross Country Championships here are the results.
Race 3 Women U18 4 km
1st Lisa Hellyer 16:18
5th Sarah Hellyer 17:02

We ran with U16 boys & girls, U14 boys & girls as Race 3. It was a tough course! We luckily missed rain, but it was so windy.
It was fun and we think we did well considering the fact that we were both still recovering from bad cold and Sarah had a sore hemi.
We'll carry on training toward the 2024 Mission Estate New Zealand Cross Country Championships in August.
